a bit off

Got this handsome fella at a garage sale for $5.
Tried to keep the one arm, just didn't look right. So it had to go!

I really like my bench.

A little doll

My little girls dresser is finished. This gal has seen a few looks, that can be seen here.
Let me refresh your memory.
I wanted to do something different, so I decided to paint the front in chalk board paint, with this cute little gal. The paper dolls are done with a permanent paint so the kids can color in the little doll and her sweet clothes.

Hope you enjoy.

Motherhood

My sister shared a beautiful painting, and asked me to paint it for her.

Virgin Mary, John the Baptist & the Child Jesus
St. John the Baptist was the cousin of Jesus. He preached
penance and baptism and the coming of the Jesus the
Messiah. He is the patron saint of baptism.
I used an old painting I got a garage sale(because canvas is sooooo expensive) I sprayed it with white primer paint, and good as new.
The original
Have a very happy and blessed Easter!
