I love the way the wood looks peeking through the black, and the color of the wood on this beauty was the perfect tone.
So I pulled out my black and got started. This gal is a pretty gal, but she needed to be dolled up, so I chose to do a French graphic from The Graphics Fairy in Gold, and the top in a metallic gold. I added some vintage knobs, and I love how she turned out.
One more after.
best part of doing this project is we got some well needed SNOW! Finally!
View from my deck. I am so blessed. |
Clutch Dog was pretty happy for snow as well.
Have a great day.

ReplyDeleteThanks, it was not my style, but I get so bored with the traditional. The funny thing is I liked it when I was finished and it looked great in my living room. But fortunately I sold it with in hours of listing and it looked custom in the lovely ladies home. Thank you, for stopping by.I hope you have a wonderful evening.

DeleteThat is gorgeous! How did you apply the graphic? Did you project it onto the piece and then free-hand paint it?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. I have used a ton of different methods for transfers, I always go back tom my handy projector. I usually outline and then paint with out the projector, because it usually gives me some serious neck aches. thanks again, have a great day. Kathryn
DeleteLove the transformation! I never thought of using a projector to do the transfer, what a genius idea! Now I may be able to do something super creative with my daughter's furniture!
