I am so glad to have found your blog through Mod Vintage Life. I love this piece and am so glad that I came by to see that peacock. Have any of these for sale somewhere?? Happy to be a new follower. melinda
The peacock should be on the OUTSIDE or even in a frame! This piece is 2 works of art in 1! Love peacocks--we had a bunch of them in the courtyard of my junior high school.
OK, Seriously? You just painted these peacocks free-hand. I am blown away! You must know how gifted you are, right? I agree, this should be hanging on a wall, not hidden in a drawer. The piece is beautiful, the hardware is amazing, and your finish is stunning. Thanks for sharing, you really have inspired me. I will be following you now.
Fantastic project! The inside of your drawers are such a awesome surprise, so pretty! Would love for you to share at Simple & Sweet Fridays. New Follower!
That table redo is incredible! Love the color. Love the hardware. Love the funky legs. Love the peacocks. LOVE IT ALL!
ReplyDeleteAmazing table. I would probably never have gone for this colour and it's perfect! The peacock is the nicest touch ever!

DeleteI agree with the above poster, these peacocks should be on the outside of the chest ,with a nice amber tinted clear coat over them. They,re fabulous!
